Vitamin – B1-
It is also known as thiamine. It is a water-soluble vitamin. It helps to convert carbohydrate into energy. It is essential vitamin for metabolism of glucose, and it plays a key role in nerve, muscle, and heart function. It is Often called an anti-stress vitamin; it protects the immune system and helps to boost your mood.

Vitamin B2-
⇒ Helps to convert food into energy.
⇒ Required for red blood cell production and growth.
⇒ Maintains the function of eyes, nervous system, and skin.

Vitamin B3-
⇒ It is called as nicotinamide
⇒ Niacinamide is a form of vitamin -b3 and is used to prevent and treat pellagra, pellagra can cause Diarrhea, loss of memory, redness and swelling, and peeling of the skin. Niacinamide is widely use than niacin because it causes lesser side effects (e.g., flushing)

⇒ Vitamin B5 is needed for the production of red blood cells and cholesterol

Vitamin B6-
Pyridoxine treats or prevent peripheral neuropathy caused by certain medications such as isoniazid. It treats genetic disorders i.e. xanthurenic aciduria, hyperoxaluria. It is required by red blood cells.

Vitamin B9-
Folic acid maintains the healthy running of the body machinery and for the production and maintenance of new cells. It is used to treat folic acid deficiency anemia and other forms of anemia. Folic acid is the main precursor for the synthesis of tetrahydro folic acid

Vitamin B12- It is also known as mecobalamin
⇒ It Helps in maintaining the nervous system healthy
⇒ Required for the production of red blood cells and DNA

Vitamin C-
⇒ It is widely used as antioxidant
⇒ Vitamin C reduces to dehydroascorbic are the two forms required for the various oxidation and reduction reaction
⇒ It also converts folic acid to folinic acid
⇒ Required for the collagen synthesis

Vitamin D3-
⇒ Calcitriol is also known as vitamin d3. Calcitriol plays an essential role in regulating plasma calcium with parathyroid hormone (PTH) by increasing absorption of dietary calcium and prevents renal tubular secretion of calcium. In addition to promoting fatty acid synthesis and inhibiting lipolysis, calcitriol is mainly used as a medication in the treatment of secondary hyperparathyroidism and resultant metabolic bone disease, hypocalcemia in patients undergoing chronic renal dialysis, and osteoporosis.

Vitamin E-
⇒ vitamin-E has antioxidant property known as tocopherol. It helps in the production of red blood cells.

Calcium-
Increases plasma calcium levels leads to deposition of calcium into the bones. Calcium inhibits the action of parathyroid cells by stimulating a G-protein coupled calcium receptor present on the surface resulting in increase in bone mineralization.

Copper-
Copper sulphate is the salt form of copper, and is act as cofactor for many proteins or as iron utilization enhancer. Copper, along with amino and fatty acids as well as vitamins, are required for normal metabolic processes in the body.

Magnesium–
Magnesium is required for the production of ATP and for bones.

Manganese-
Manganese is essential for enzyme formation and functioning. Manganese is required in small amounts. It’s required for the normal functioning of neurons and for body’s enzyme production. Manganese is required for bone growth, development. Manganese is the important part of the enzyme superoxide dismutase, which have antioxidant action on the body as they fighting against free radicals produced. This helps in reducing inflammation.

Iodine-
Iodine as in supplement promotes health of thyroid gland and reducing the risk of goitre and manages the overactive thyroid

Iron- Iron is used to treat iron deficiency anemia (a lack of red blood cells caused by having too little iron in the body.

Phosphorus- It plays an important role in regulation of carbohydrates and fats. It is required for protein synthesis, growth, maintenance, and repair of cells and tissues. Phosphorus also helps the body to generate energy by producing ATP molecule

Potassium-
Potassium helps in nerve conduction as its movement around the membrane helps in changing the voltage and creates an impulse. It also helps in muscle contraction.

Zinc-
Zinc may enhance immune function, stabilize blood sugar levels, and help keep your skin, eyes, and heart healthy. It reduces swelling and provides relief from pain. Zinc glycinate is used in the dietary management for reducing the osteoarthritis symptoms, such as swelling, stiffness, and joint discomfort
